Liquid silicone rubber molding uses a low-viscosity, two-component silicone system that is metered, mixed, injected into a heated mold, and cured into a permanent thermoset elastomer. It is a strong fit when parts need flexibility, compression recovery, biocompatible material options, or resistance to heat, weathering, and many chemicals.
LSR is selected for molded components that must stay flexible while holding up to demanding operating conditions. Its flow behavior supports thin walls and detailed geometry, while the cured material can provide low compression set, electrical insulation, sterilization compatibility, and dependable sealing performance for prototype and production programs.

We review parting lines, flash-sensitive areas, wall transitions, draft, and material fit before tooling.
The two-part LSR is mixed, injected into heated tooling, cured, and removed as a finished elastomeric part.
Finished parts are checked against cosmetic, dimensional, and functional requirements before delivery.
Upload your CAD file and share durometer, sealing, color, and application requirements. We will review the details before quoting.
