Challenge

The client requires the production of 50 high-quality samples of medical equipment testing instruments for product testing within a short timeframe; the specifications demand high precision and a glossy white surface finish, with a delivery deadline of 10 days.

Solution

We provide low-volume customization solutions to customers by combining CNC machining with rapid silicone molding processes.

Result

Day 1: We confirmed the product drawings and delivery standards. Day 2: We confirmed the order delivery date and payment terms, and suggested that the client provide additional components to facilitate prototype testing. Day 3: The CNC workshop manager established a production schedule and programmed the product, arranging for production on CNC equipment that same day. Day 4: Prototype production and quality inspection were completed; the prototypes were then sent to the rapid silicone molding department to set up the production plan. Days 5–7: The rapid silicone molding department completed the production of 50 units. Day 8: The products underwent post-processing and surface finishing. Day 9: Upon completion, the products were verified with the client via photos and videos. Day 10: Product delivery.
